how do I buy a snack?

Your gnibl machine is a miracle of modern science! It's super high tech to make things nice and easy for you. 

  • Touch the touch screen to get started

  • Press Make a Selection

  • Enter the Product Code (which appears on the shelf under the product) e.g. 101

  • The product is now added to your shopping cart!

  • Either press Keep Shopping to add more products to your cart

  • or press Check Out  to finalise your purchase

  • To make payment simply Tap Your Card against the the credit card reader (VISA & MasterCard, Credit & Debit cards accepted)

how do I see each snack's nutritional info?

We're passionate about transparency and have made it easy for you to see what's in each snack before you buy it.

  • Touch the touch screen to get started

  • Press Make a Selection

  • Enter the Product Code (which appears on the shelf under the product) e.g. 101

  • The product is now added to your shopping cart!

  • Press the blue "Info" button next to the item in your shopping cart

  • The Nutritional Panel of the item pops up! 

Note: We are constantly adding new and exciting products to the range and sometimes there is a delay in updating the nutritional panels. If a product doesn't have nutritional info, you can rest assured we are working to add that info as soon as possible. If in doubt, contact us here for full product info at any time.

    • No Added Sugar

  • Browse through all the products that fit that category! Use the UP and DOWN arrows to view the whole range.
  • Press Add to Cart to add the product to your shopping cart

my item didn't vend!?

We've installed a system of sensors which can tell if your item has vended correctly and fallen into the collection tray or not. The machine will vend up to 3 times to try drop your item into the collection tray. If after 3 attempts it still does not drop, your card will not be charged.

refund policy

If you receive a product through our machine that is damaged or faulty in any way, please get in touch and let us know. We will replace the damaged goods. All you need to do is email us here with a photograph of the damaged goods, your name, phone number and the best address to send your replacement to. We will be in touch at once.
