How Does it Work?
1. Our Smart Vending Machines and Monyx App allows you to reward your team with bonus vending credit!
2. You decide how many free vends per month (or per day!) you want to offer your team and we’ll set it up in the system.
3. Staff can receive their credit through physical and digital Monyx card on their phones.
4. Team members using the digital option will receive an SMS with their unique link to the Rewards App, making activation simple and instant.
5. At the end of each month, we’ll simply invoice you for the snacks vended via the Rewards App.
**If your staff don’t claim their free snack, you don’t get charged!

How Much Does A Healthy Vending Machine Cost For An Office?
Nothing. Gnibl installs, stocks and maintains the machine for free, with no setup or installation fees. You and your team only pay for what you buy in the machine. Start with a free 60-day trial before committing to anything.
Is There A Lock-In Contract?
No. There’s no lock-in contract on any Gnibl machine. If it isn’t working for your office, you can walk away at any time, with no cancellation fees and no exit costs. We just require a little time to organise the collection of the machine.
What Size Vending Machine Suits Our Office?
Gnibl machines come in three sizes: small (925mm wide), medium (1095mm wide) and large (1180mm wide). A small office or co-working space usually suits the small or medium unit, teams over 100 staff typically need the large.
For more custom layouts, we can provide a machine-free solution using an unattended ‘micro market’ kiosk and slim-line fridge. Our team confirms the right size at a free site inspection.
Can We Customise What's Stocked In The Machine?
Yes. Our dietitian Jenn curates our available product range and you can tailor the mix around dietary requirements, taste preferences and cultural needs, including vegan, gluten free and high protein options. There’s also a small Naughty Corner for when you need your sweet treat.
How Do Staff Pay For Snacks?
Gnibl machines use Nayax tap and go technology, so staff pay by card, smartphone or cash. Employers can also load monthly bonus snack credits onto a Monyx card or app for their team to redeem.
Who Restocks & Maintains The Machine?
Gnibl does, not your office. Each machine runs optical sensors and remote stock monitoring, so the team knows a restock is due before anything runs out.
What If A Machine Breaks or A Product Gets Stuck?
- Automatic refund: The machines have optical sensors that detect a failed vend and refund the shopper straight away, so in most cases the customer never has to do anything.
- Phone refund as a backup: If something slips through, Gnibl refunds 100% of requests over the phone, no questions asked. The 1300 818 088 number is displayed prominently on every machine.
Does Gnibl Only Install In Offices?
No. Alongside corporate offices, Gnibl installs in schools, gyms, medical centres, warehouses and hospitality venues, each with a compliant product range (for example, schools meeting the NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy).
